Prophet Nigel predicted MP's death

headlines 0 0

A video has emerged which captures the prophecy of the founder and leader of the True Word Prophetic Fire Ministry, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, to the effect that a Member of Parliament (MP) will pass away before the end of 2018.

This follows the death of Ayawaso West Wuogon MP, Mr Emmanuel Kyeremateng Agyarko. The brother of the now-dismissed Minister of Energy, Boakye Agyarko, died at a hospital in the United States of America on Wednesday, 21 November 2018 after a long battle with illness.

In the video circulating on social media, recorded three weeks ago, Prophet Gaisie was preaching to his congregants when he disclosed the prophecy and urged Christians in the country to pray for parliament in order to avert the death.

“I saw again, this dawn, concerning the nation Ghana. I saw somebody fall in parliament; I saw a man, record this prophecy down. The reason why prophets are in the system is that we see ahead and we warn people and if they don’t listen, it comes to pass. I see as the Lord reveals, the power is not me; I have no power on my own. The Lord told me and I saw this dawn, clearly and pictorially, I know the person but in Ghana as soon as I say it, the media will pick it and instead of them saying: ‘What can we do to avert it?’ they will insult me, insult the church and insult all men of God and other men of God will even go and sponsor them to insult me the more. So, I will not say it but if you are watching me and your father is a parliamentarian or you are connected to somebody in this parliament, I see somebody in parliament die this year, it is not next year. So, let’s pray for our parliament. I saw Ghana cry,” he said.

The late former Chief Executive Officer of the Food and Drugs Board (FDB) now FDA, was born on 10 December 1957 at Odumase Krobo in the Eastern Region.

He was also the Chairperson of the Environment, Science and Technology Committee of Parliament and once served on the Government's Assurance and Health Committees.

The late pharmacist-turned-politician obtained a BSc in Pharmacy at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 1982.

He was age 61.
